
One morning, a hot air balloon floated over. The next day, we think
a hummingbird clearwing moth (and a Japanese beetle) came by the flowers. The next night, giant explosions visited the neighborhood.

I really need to get these Hawaii photos posted. I think I got bogged down trying to tackle this big chunk. There's a lot of photos from the day we went to
Volcanoes National Park. I've counted 38. And those are just the good ones. But that's a lot of rock. So here are the
really good ones, like us just before sunset.

Our compass plant's first bloom of the year has opened up. It faced the other way last year; I don't know if that means anything. Just behind it, you can see others coming. What you can't see, is there are other stalks developing too. Oh, and our gardening project is taking is final major step.
