Fine Dining: Tables, tarts and pummelos, oh my

Over Easter, we realized there weren't any photos of our new dining room set anywhere. Nor had we told you about our most recent culinary adventures.

So here's the deal, the dining room table showed up right before Thanksgiving and we never got around to posting those.

Then, we've made another tart, a roasted eggplant and tomato number with tarragon. Yep, that's another winner.

And then we've got the exotic fruit entry: the pummelo. We picked one up at the Big Store a few weeks ago. It is, as they call it, citrus maximus, and yes, they taste a lot like grapefruit. (this page is more fun; this one has more info)

I think it was basil, not tarragon in that particular tart. :)
