Fine dining tart style

We're taking a break for island photos to post a few shots of what we've been up to -- cooking with all our Christmas gifts. Here's the roasted ratatouille tart with herbes de Provence, courtesy of the new food processor. And just barely you can see the new wine glasses (lower right, would have been easier if I had poured the wine first).
Here's the last bit of preparation. (On the right, you can see the new coffee grinder.)
Egad, look how tall that thing is. We almost didn't think all the filling would fit.
Perfectly cooked, we think. So that was last weekend's adventure.
This weekend, we reprised the potato and mushroom tart with tarragon and melted greuyere from last year (when we got the cookbook, though I apparently didn't post any of the details at the time).
