I need to share more. Let's hope this helps. And maybe I can help you share too. For too long, I've been using the internet to flip unconnected thoughts into the ether, mostly for my own amusement. But really, I should be using it to keep you up to date. I have friends scattered far and wide who I don't call or email nearly often enough. And if I want them to share more photos of their kids, I guess I should do more sharing of what's going on in my own little world.

I'm hoping this new system will encourage me to post more photos. And you still haven't seen my journal from San Francisco. And I was thinking about posting more photos of our holiday decorations. (See, we hosted Thanksgiving, so nobody saw our decorations in person, but we liked them anyway.)

And if you no longer care about this that happened months ago, that's fine. But I'd also like to get this to the point where, if you like, you can post photos and your own updates here as well, to share with our mutual friends. If you'd be amenable, let me know.

If nothing else, I'll try to post more about what we're doing and offer alert emails if you'd like to know when we get something new up.

So settle in, and if I don't call, at least you have some hope of knowing what's going on with us.
